Mark’s Appearance on BNN
During my recent media tour in New York, I was asked to stop by the NASDAQ floor and discuss my market opinion (as you know always bullish) with the Canadian based Business News Network. We covered everything from the Olympics to some of the Canadian holdings in our portfolios. Leave me a comment and let me know what you think.

Don’t think he liked the reference to Canada as a socialist country. The did give you lots to time to explain the M$ approach to investing.

Way to crush it. I appreciate BNN giving you enough time to tell the true story of investing. Nice job! I was just back from the Vancouver Olympics and I think they are going to need Matson Money Coaches up in Canada with all the exposure we are getting from your appearances.

Outstanding job Mark. It’s great to see the questions, but more importantly, it’s great to hear your answers. It sure sums up the question that most investors have of us: What is it that you do and how do you invest. Thanks for your leadership! (6 golds eh?)

Great job! “The only way to do it is with a fund of funds structure”. “The returns come from the markets themselves”. Simple & powerful message. Can’t wait for the world tour.

way to stabilize the three leg stool by weaving in an out of long term hold and diversification. I loved the part of comparison of the volatility of owning gold and equities.

Great job to Mark and the interviewers. The best part was towards then when they asked if you were to diversified. You were so correct on the misconception on that topic and how returns really come from the Asset Class and that mutual funds with just 100-200 stocks is just not going to cut it.

The Canadian media provided a much more thoughtful interview experience, compared to the US media shows. Without massive amounts of hype to overcome, you were really able to get a number of great points across to the audience.
